- Breast concerns: Developed excess skin, breast ptosis (downward displacement of the breast tissue), and upper pole volume loss. Associated with discomfort.
- Height: 164.5 cm

- Age: 33 years old
Operation
Vertical breast lift (Mastopexy) using medial pedicle technique
Tissue removed:
- Right side: 237 grams
- Left side: 243 grams
