Indication for Surgery
Consultation History:
- The patient presents with excess skin of the lower and central abdomen. The redundant skin is causing rubbing, discomfort, and recurrent rashes within the skin folds.
- Had sleeve gastrectomy done
- Weight loss from 107kg to 70kg initially. now stable for more than 6 month at 80 kg.

Fleur-de-lis Abdominoplasty with VASER liposuction (suction-assisted lipectomy)
A Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty was performed, involving removal of excess abdominal skin and adipose tissue in both the vertical and horizontal directions
Combined with VASER liposuction
Tissue weights removed:
Abdominal flap:
- Middle: 908 g
- Right Side: 640 g
- Left Side: 628 g
Amount of fat (Adipose tissue) removed with liposuction (suction-assisted lipectomy):
- A total of approximately 1380mL of fat (Adipose tissue) was removed during the procedure.
