Indication for Surgery
- Abdominoplasty done for medical indication post pregnancy.
- Abdominal wall defect as a consequence of pregnancy.
- Age: 33 years old
- Weight: 69 kilograms
- Height: 165 cm
- BMI: 25.3
Operation
Abdominoplasty with VASER liposuction (suction-assisted lipectomy)
Tissue weights removed:
Abdominal Flap (Skin lower abdomen):
- Right Side: 673g
- Left Side: 728g
Amount of fat (Adipose tissue) removed with liposuction (suction-assisted lipectomy):
- A total of approximately 1400mL of fat (Adipose tissue) was removed during the procedure.
Divarication of the Rectus muscles repaired: 4cm
