Medical Concerns Post-Pregnancy
The patient is a mother of three children (ages 11, 13, and 23) who delivered via normal vaginal delivery. She is concerned about loose abdominal skin and has significant diastasis recti (muscle separation) of 4-5 cm, which has contributed to ongoing back pain since her pregnancies.
Femoral Hernia
The patient has had a femoral hernia for approximately four months, which causes intermittent discomfort, particularly when lifting weights.
Ultrasound performed before surgery which confirms 42mm of muscle separation.

Full abdominoplasty with VASER liposuction (Suction assisted lipectomy) and repair of 5 cm of diastasis recti (muscle separation).
