• Weight: 85 kg (Stable for 6 months)

Medical History:

• Two children, both delivered by C-section
• Gastric sleeve surgery 2 years prior, resulting in a 20 kg weight loss
• Additional weight loss of 6-8 kg with the aid of Ozempic, achieving a total weight loss of over 26 kg
• Prior breast augmentation performed by another plastic surgeon

Areas of Concern:

• Loose skin in the lower abdomen and midsection, causing functional issues such as rubbing, discomfort, and rashes, particularly during hot weather when sweat accumulates in the skin folds
• Desire for a flatter, more toned abdomen with improved comfort in the abdominal region

Examination Findings:

• Divarication of Rectus Muscles: 4-5 cm
• Stretch Marks: Present on the lower abdomen
• Fat Deposits: Noted in the lateral and mid-abdomen
• Hernias: No inguinal, femoral, or umbilical hernia present
• Previous Scars: C-section and laparoscopic surgery scars

Procedure Performed:

• Surgical Procedure: Extended abdominoplasty with VASER liposuction and repair of diastasis recti
• Fat Removed: 1600 ml

Skin removed from Abdomen:

• Right Side: 942 grams
• Left Side: 926 grams

Divarication of Rectus Muscle repaired: 4-5 cm separation of rectus muscles
