Background: Female patient, 62 years old.
History: Gastric sleeve surgery with 20 kg weight loss.
Breast concerns: Persistent F-cup breast size with significant breast ptosis (downward displacement) and upper pole volume loss, resulting in functional discomfort.
Additional procedures: Underwent brachioplasty approximately 2 months following the breast reduction.
Operation Performed:
- Medial pedicle breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty).
- Wise pattern excision (inverted T scar).
- Ultrasound-assisted suction lipectomy (VASER liposuction).
Tissue excised: Right 218 g, Left 423 g.
Adipose tissue removed with liposuction: 650 ml.
