Background history of type 1 diabetes & gluten intolerance.
Over 1.5 years had lost 50kg of weight with diet and exercise.
Presents with loose skin in the under-arm area since her weight loss. Finds it difficult to exercise and the loose skin was interfering with her work.
She is 165cm tall.
She was 135kg prior to her weight loss with a BMI of 50
She lost weight and was stable at 83kg with a BMI of 31
Operation performed:
- Standard brachioplasty assisted by VASER liposuction.
- Amount of fat removed with liposuction 1kg
- Amount of skin removed 199 grams
