Findings:
- Sagging upper eyelid skin
- Sliding upper eyelids
Left and Right Side:
- Local anaesthetic injected in upper eyelids
- Skin removed
- Strip of orbicularis removed
- Medial fat pad trimmed
- Upper eyelid plicated to underlying structures
- Over and over 6/0 nylon suture
